[Sometime after lunch, Anya takes off to look for two of her best lady friends with a spellbook under her arm and some key ingredients in her pockets.
She's quite cheerful about it, a little oblivious to whatever else might have been going on lately. Cheerful, and insistent. She will track you down.]

[Later in the day, Bastionites may be surprised to look up and notice that... it's snowing. Not only that, but the temperature has dropped.
At least in the more southerly parts of the Bastion. The farmlands might get a few sporadic flurries, but it isn't cold enough there to stick.
So if you've been missing snowmen or snowball fights or any of those activities that require winter to happen, now's your chance. It's probably not going to last very long.]

It's very rare that Shing ever really gets to see snow, much less play with it, so right now he's going to be doing the obvious thing and making snow angels, throwing himself onto the ground with a WHUMP and moving around in it.
Though once he does get up he starts laughing despite himself - it's been too long since he could actually just have fun out here, what with the Calamity and all...

She spends quite a while observing everyone else's winter activities, flying hardly a foot off the ground to keep the snow off her bare feet. When she lands just nearby enough to watch, she keeps still for the same reason, and presses her wings against her body for warmth.
...Until she tries to alight on the snow-dusted ice the river has become by mistake and comes dangerously close to toppling over.
Flaring out her wings helps her catch her balance. Still, she's...not entirely sure how to proceed? She shuffles forward a few uncertain steps and nope, her footing here isn't nearly stable enough for her to get the start she needs to fly again.
Feel free to catch a certain tiny dragon child snooping on your winter activities or trying desperately to keep herself balanced on the ice.]

Rose was no stranger to snow, but it had been some years since she had ventured willingly to one of the colder regions of the planet. The beach-side cave that had been her home for the past several millennium was hardly in a climate for it, and as the light flakes settled on her nose and tickled her cheeks she couldn't help but smile brightly.
Oh how she wished her Gems were here to see this... but it would be a crime to not enjoy it herself.
If one were to come near the housing area of the Bastion they might just find an interesting sight - a very large pink haired woman spinning about in the falling snow, or (as the snow piles up more) even making some impressively big snow angels. Care to join her?]

She is tired from her time out on the Skyway, but she will still take at least a little time to play in the snow, because it's been months since she has actually seen snow at all.

Whoever is nearby, watch out. Nanaki is throwing snowballs, and she has a good arm.]

No, he is out by the lake, testing the ice to see if it is firm enough to hld weight. Once he is satisfied that yes, this is safe and he won't go through, Bon will work on clearing some of the snow off of the ice. And once that is done, he's going to go sliding across the ice, because even without ice skates he can keep his balance pretty well on the slippery surface.
Oh look Bon is having fun this is a rare sight. Come ice skating with him.]
