Day 309 [Open]
Who: Anya, Ibuki, Patchouli, and anyone else!
Open: Open! Mostly.
When: Day 309
Where: All over the Bastion
What: SNOW!
Format: I'll match
Warnings: It's Anya.
[For Ibuki and Patchouli]
[Sometime after lunch, Anya takes off to look for two of her best lady friends with a spellbook under her arm and some key ingredients in her pockets.
She's quite cheerful about it, a little oblivious to whatever else might have been going on lately. Cheerful, and insistent. She will track you down.]
[Open to All]
[Later in the day, Bastionites may be surprised to look up and notice that... it's snowing. Not only that, but the temperature has dropped.
At least in the more southerly parts of the Bastion. The farmlands might get a few sporadic flurries, but it isn't cold enough there to stick.
So if you've been missing snowmen or snowball fights or any of those activities that require winter to happen, now's your chance. It's probably not going to last very long.]
((OOC: And feel free to just use this post for mingling!]

[He smiles at her, and turns to look back at the farmland.]
I think I'll keep working just the same. I'm not a fan of the cold.

Weather is meaningless, given a controlled environment. It requires intention.

I really don't like camping in the snow, but mom and my sisters enjoy it.
[He smiles sadly and he shakes his head.]
I prefer climate control, nice and warm. Occasionally rain in the arboretum.

She's a sister.

Brothers and sisters, the eternal tale. Sometimes we get on each others' nerves, but there's almost nothing I wouldn't give right now to be with them again...

[He rolls his eyes at that one.]
Damn divine spheres of influence.

[Surely you should know this.]

[His eyes twinkle with delight for the first time in ages.]
She paid well, too.

[He smiles.]
Whether she's a goddess or not, she is a trans-dimensional, immortal, nearly supremely powerful being capable of creating life with a wave of her hand. At that point, the topic of divinity versus sufficiently advanced being becomes purely academic.
And like I've said countless times before. Gods are still people. The only difference is the amount of power they've got in their wells.

Gods have walked among mortals. Didn't make 'em mortal.
Then there was the whole time of troubles shenanigans, which is better left up to theologians to debate.
It's just another form of life. Names, classifications, it's all important, but in the end, it's all just a matter of where the dart hits the dartboard.
The fun is when you transcend it. THAT'S when things start getting interesting.

Whether people listen or dismiss me is their choice.

Might consider lessons in listening. Always talking, making noise, never shut up and give anyone your full attention.

[He shrugs and smiles.]
The day anything requires my full attention is the day I'm staring death in the eye and trying not to blink.

[The answer is zero. Her hands don't move from her sides.]

Unless you're just waiting for me to answer to lift your hands.

[River you don't even have eleven fingers.]
They're invisible.
