Day 241 [OPEN] - Wakeup call
Who: Ibuki Mioda and whoever!
Open: Open forever
When: Day 241, very early in the morning
Where: Around the Monument.
What: Ibuki Mioda arrives at the Bastion... loudly.
Format: Log, but willing to switch to other formats!
Warnings: Scary ghost! 2 spooky!
It was just only becoming daylight at the Bastion when a new arrival would show: A young lady with wild hair. There was nothing particularly extraodinary about her, unless one was to notice the "horns" on her head; but that was only her hair styled to resemble such a feature.
She looked a bit confused and travel-worn; but a one hour walk was really nothing to her. Ibuki was far from exhausted.
And now that she arrived at what appeared to be civilization, where should she go? The apparent center of the village seemed like a good start.
"Yoohoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo?!" she shouted once she reached the Monument, apparently having no regard for people who may still be sleeping, "Hellooooooooooooooooooooo?! Is anybody here?!"
If nobody came out to answer, she'd have to start invading buildings...
[Edit: Now that she's been given the lowdown on the situation, ... you can still feel free to come across her being loud. Ibuki wants to meet new people!]
[Edit of nostalgic regret: This was before I had Ibuki use -chan and made up weird nicknames instead...]

[He said with a chuckle as he gazed up at Paar.]
Sorry to bother you, but I guess when you tell someone there's a giant dragon around, it's kind of something you have to see to believe at first.
no subject
Better for my presence to be known than for any to be surprised. My kind are not always welcome, after all.

[That was quite the scream for just a demonstration...]
3/3
That would be a sad ending...
no subject
[Knowing how quick to act his home country was to outside threats, it wouldn't have surprised him one bit.]
Then again, Paar can do a lot of unique things with his voice, so to say who would have the sad ending is debatable.
no subject
[In related notes, Paar isn't allowed to encourage people to shoot grenade launchers either, so.]
It has been good to meet you, Ibuki. Yet I imagine there must be much more to see here. I would not wish to keep you waiting. There are stranger things than I here.
[He's not saying donut trees but]
no subject
[Don't worry, Paar, even if she knew how to use a grenade launcher she wouldn't use it on you]

[Ippo called cheerfuly, giving the dragon a wave before setting off with Ibuki. Just a short jaunt from the fields and all their wonders was a group of trees, perfectly inconspicuous at first, but as Ippo went up to one, he waved Ibuki over.]
I suppose this counts as something stranger than Paar...say hello to the Donut Trees.
[Somehow, those last words didn't come out quite so enthusiastically. Guilty conscious maybe?]

...
Ibuki is starting to think she might be still asleep.
Or hallucinating.
no subject
If only that were the truth of it...

[A donut shouldn't be depressing, but there it was... and now she found herself thinking of everybody else...]
[That ash statue she had found... and it had crumbled beneath her touch... that had actually been Chiaki...]
... This isn't like Ibuki...
2/2
[She takes a bite out of the donut, before shouting at... the sky?]
Akane, Chiaki, Hajime, Byakura... ... everybody! Even you, Nagito!
It won't be easy for Ibuki... but I'll live on! I'll remember all of you... I'll carry all of you with me!
Watch over me! Ibuki Mioda isn't going to give up!
no subject
We'll all carry on, together, right? I'll do my best to support you all the way Ibuki!
no subject
[And Ibuki was back to her overly cheerful self]
Hm... Ibuki will have to write a song to remember them by!
[This one she'd have to give careful attention to, so it wasn't one she'd just make up on the spot.]
no subject
[Ippo said curiously. He hadn't asked a thing about Ibuki since she'd arrived, not that he'd had any time between explaining the situation and dragons, but now he was genuinely interested.]
no subject
When Ibuki is ready, I'll let you listen to my song!
[Of course, she didn't have any... actual instruments to actually perform with]
no subject
[He'd never been what you'd call a music person, but he'd definitely enjoy hearing something performed live.]
Do you play instruments as well?
no subject
no subject
Hey, do you want to see something really cool?

no subject
Alright, here it is! Pretty cool, isn't it?
no subject
[Wait she'd already seen this-]
Is Ippopo already feeling nostalgic about when he first met Ibuki?
[This is where Ippo had first found her, after all...]

[Ippo gave Ibuki a knowing smile and walked up to the monument as he fished around in the pocket of his hoodie. He had taken to carrying around a good amount of shards on him, just in case the monument needed a quick snack since the last scare, but he figured he could use some for this.
He knelt beside it and whispered something Ibuki couldn't hear to it as he fed the shards in; as he did, there was a small flash of light, and when Ippo stood back up, in his hands he held a brand new, high-end looking, pink and black electric guitar with a white swirl extending out from the center; likely based on Ibuki's hair. Even the amp it came with carried the same color scheme.
He smiled and walked back over, holding them out to his new friend.]
How's that for something cool?
