[So hey. There's this girl. She's been in this place for a while, helped out with a lot of things, and today she got to help do something awesome! Cores are important to the Bastion after all, so that's a good thing.

Except she kind of... lit herself on fire and a lot of people saw it.

Anyone want to talk to her about that?

In all seriousness, Rin can be found after all that hubbub taking a break near the apartments, outside because she really doesn't want to be in her room right now. She's nursing a bit of a wound on her thigh from sliding on her legs under the bird earlier, but whatever road rash she got from doing so is starting to fade finally. Her sword is lying next to her in the grass, and she's just on her back, watching the odd sky above the Bastion quietly.

Mostly because her ears are still kind of ringing from what Crona did.

Ringing ears won't stop her from holding a conversation, though, if anyone cares to bother her, and she's in a decent mood given their accomplishments.]

[Rin stomps her foot on the ground, letting out an annoyed snarl at the whole thing.]

[He kinda sorta forgot what they were arguing about, but he still feels like he won this argument. Fuck yes.

And he'll go ahead and settle back down on the ground, now that the yelling is done. But that brings him another thought.]

...You know, there's not really that much here yet.

Rin drops back down with a huff, crossing her legs as her tail twitches, still mildly annoyed but very much on the 'whatever...' end of it now.]

It's gonna take a while before we get more... Cores really don't come up as much as we'd like.

Yeah I noticed. This is the first one in what, two weeks?

Somethin' like that... but a farm is still better than how we have been.

I was getting tired of the same food all the time.

[Potatoes are good to grow since they can survive a lot, but you can only eat them so may times before you're tired of them.]

[Rin attempts to dodge the swat by leaning back, but in the end all it does is make her lose her balance and cause her to flop on to her back again.]

[He is frowning, and not just because of that middle finger.]

[Her her hand falls, and with it a sigh escapes.]

[He hadn't taken Rin's extra-sensitive hearing into account. He takes a moment to consider this, wondering if there is anything that can be done about it besides waiting for it to get better on it's own.]

...it shouldn't last too long. It's a shame we don't have any doctors here, though.
