[Day 184] Actually we DO know how those eggs got there... [OPEN]
Who: The New Daycare Couple N, Hilda, Anna, a whole lot of Pokemon and Pokemon Eggs, and YOU
Open: Open!
When: Day 184
Where: The new Pokemon Daycare Center in the Bastion
What: There's a new house in the Bastion. People are moving in to it, and Pokemon are playing in the yard.
Format: action
Warnings: Lethal amounts of adorable
[It took a lot of shards, and a lot of work, but it was worth all of that in the end. With the eggs they'd found at the broken Daycare Center getting so close to hatching, and their Pokemon numbers growing, staying in the apartments was just not going to continue to be a viable option. So the two trainers put their heads together, and after a lot of discussion, planning, counting shards and re-planning they had managed to come up with an entirely new Daycare Center of their own, complete with a yard and living area on the second floor.
And there it was, a new house standing on a new section of land in a slightly expanded Bastion, and after some shuffling around of personal belongings out of the tower apartments, N, Hilda, Anna, and all their Pokemon and eggs were successfully relocated to this new location.
So if anyone is making their way around the south quadrant of the Bastion today, this new house with its strange creatures playing happily in the yard is likely to catch your attention.
Come see what it's all about?]

The little creatures get Crona's attention as well, and the meister inches closer. Psychic types might not want to interact with Crona, with the fear-unsureness-worry radiating off the teen, but Crona isn't going to hurt any of them. It's just curiosity.]

A cloud on his head.
Okay, that's not a cloud. It's another Pokemon. Swablu, to be exact.
The fox seems to be wandering about it's new home trying to get a feel for it, and upon seeing Crona staring it stops and stares back.]
no subject
But Crona's not going to make the first move to break the awkward moment.]

[So, what's that coming down to the new daycare center? It looks like Colin, and he's got a basket with several things inside. Some donuts, some cookies, some fruit, a couple of knotted rope toys and balls, all to welcome everyone into their new place.]
Hello? Anybody home?
[He's also got Zorua's ball in his pocket, just in case. He knows that animals imprint on toys. If she wants her ball, well, he's got it.]
no subject
And there is some one home, of course. Hilda and the others have gone back to get more things from the apartments, but N stayed behind to watch the Pokemon there and rest a bit.
The voice calling out gets his attention from where he's found a semi-comfortable spot on the play room floor to lay down, currently buried under Eevee, Swablu and of course Zoura who are all laying on him. Zoroark is near by, not quite flopped on his friend but using his arm as a pillow.
... this is awkward.]
... ah... come in... !

You look like you've been outnumbered, N.

[AZ himself is sitting on the porch, looking a little lost. He's... not quite sure what to do with a home. He hasn't had a home in a long time. But for the moment he's more or less content to watch over those in the yard.]
/gently tosses a half demon at
Alright then.
It's even more difficult to ignore the large man sitting on the porch, though, and after a bit she finally decides to approach, tail swinging low beneath her skirt.]
Uhm. Hi. ... you okay?
/eeeeee
[... Now's not the time for such thoughts. He smiles a little at her and waves.]
Hello. I'm all right. I'm just trying to get used to the idea of having a home again. I'm usually a wanderer.

So here is Anna, settled in the yard with an egg wrapped in a blanket on her lap. ]

All of the Pokemon were out playing or resting themselves, and she wasn't entirely sure where the rest of the humans were. She just knew she was exhausted, and she needed a bit of a rest herself.
Obviously, this means people should feel free to come bug her. Do it. Do it now. ]
no subject
And what kind of gift?
Food, of course!
She tries knocking, but when she doesn't get an answer she attempts the door handle. Finding it unlocked, she pokes her head in, calling out.]
Helloooo... ?
no subject
Hey! Come in here, I don't think I can move too much right away.
[ And with that said, she flops back down onto the couch. ]

I'm sorry to disturb you, but where would you prefer I put this?
[...Hence the reason that he's standing near Hilda's couch, waking her up and asking her where to put the...thing...he's...holding... Alucard no, you shouldn't walk into people's homes and offer them dead peckers.]
no subject
... That didn't take very long.
She stares up at Alucard from where she is on the couch, then sits up with a start.
What.
Is that.
It's not like she hasn't seen a dead bird before, but that's not exactly the kind of housewarming gift she would expect! ]
... Um ...
[ Quick, think. ]
Hi ... We'll find a place for it?
no subject
particularly the small fuzzy ones. She's reminded a bit of Zoura. Maybe she was here too?Regardless, a little shyly, Xion got close to the group of playing Pokemon, squatting down and holding her hands out for them to come close, if they wanted.]
Hi there.
no subject
Xion was a thing of interest, though, and Swablu bounces over excitedly.
Hello person, how are you?]
no subject
She turns her head a little to the side.]
Hi there. It's nice to meet you.
[She's a little hesitant to reach out any further to pet, so she waits to see if her new friend comes any closer first.]

But now those people have clearly been well settled in, and he's at least a little more used to the situation. So why not bring them a house warming gift!
...That was the plan, but he's been distracted by that ditto. It's lazing about in it's natural form and... well, it's a bit hard for him to see how what looks like a pile of gel could be actually alive.]
no subject
Though one would have to wonder if piles of gel were naturally friendly anyway, right?
Regardless, this one doesn't particularly take to being stared at. It makes a terribly annoyed noise and begins... wobbling like it's trying to be threatening.]

"Hello!" she calls out, hoping that at the very least they won't see her as a predator and run. Sometimes prey animals do that, and she's not quite sure what category some of these fall into.
no subject
It's one of the older Pokemon, Zoroark, that comes to greet Kitten. The others are a little wary because it's not a human, and not a creature like them, but Zoroark is wiling to approach and see what Kitten is all about for their sakes.
There's no verbal response from him, but a low rumbling noise in greeting.
