[So the past few days in the Bastion have been very hectic and a little more than emotionally stressful for everyone. About two days have come and gone since the last very large batch of arrivals have come in to the Bastion, and thankfully since then it's been relatively quiet. It's a good time to compress, meet some new people and maybe have some good food at the distillery courtesy of Rin.]

[ .... This goes on the top of the list of the most stupid things the knight has ever done. ]

[For the other dragon, it'll go deeper than even bone. When it comes to another of his kind, Paarthurnax knows better to hold back. He has enough faith in the younger that he's strong enough to survive the strength of his Thu'um, so this won't kill him... But he'll certainly start to feel weaker, in all sense of the word. Magic and energy, leaking from him and gathering about him in a thick purple aura of sorts. It flows up right as the sound of enormous wingbeats becomes quite noticeable, and a large glob of blood drips down.]
[Paarthurnax takes in the energy and feels glad for it as the wounds on his face from Crona's own panic start to heal, flesh stitching back together to seal in his blood once more. Once the purple energy fades away, he drops down to land on Ryu, wings spreading out to help him press down his wait all the more.]
[The last thing they need is a rampaging dragon in the Bastion.]

[These words are not the Thu'um, they are just spoken out of habit as if the other dragon would know them. He jerks his head up to stare up at Duke.]

[Even as it's squashed beneath the other's bulk, it hisses and screeches, clawing at the ground to try to get away. The crushing weight makes Ryu panic even more, but he can't move... he can't move...]
[Slowly, the dragon's movement stills. Ryu can't feed it enough energy anymore, and the form simply disappears, back into hybrid form and then simply to his own appearance.]
[There's no words, just a cry of pain as he collapses to the ground, body motionless except for very shallow breathing.]

The knight is extra glad that violence didn't happened. Duke would have felt terrible. ]

Greh, it seems he would need it. It was not a pleasant Thu'um I used on him.

Cure!
[ A nice little glowing ball of goldish light that drains itself into Ryu. It won't do anything for his magic-loss, but it will patch up whatever damage he took from the energy drain. Maybe just feel like he has it back. ]
As rude as it sounds, better than having him go after anyone who isn't quite as fast?
