[It was just another day in the Bastion, helping make preparations for assisting the Ura that were in dire straits. But then, during lunch, Ibuki's cry of disbelief and amusement rang out loud and clear]

[Because she used the monument to create "magical jerky cows", and renovated one of the new buildings on the Bastion into a music venue.]

[... after her initial cry, Ibuki can be found in front of iBooty Shuffle, leaning against one of the chocolate jerky cows and...]

[He flinched a little at the loud yelling, but held up his hands and waved them a bit in an attempt to get Ibuki to calm down a bit.]

I-it's fine, really! I mean, I'm already up early mornings, so I can add taking care of the cows to my routine. I've just gotta see if Colin has any videos on how to properly take care of them to make sure I understand all the important things.

[He crossed is arms across his chest and dipped his head in thought, honestly thinking hard about how he could possibly make this fun. And then it hit him.]

I've got it! For everything we get done over the course of the day, we'll make a point system! And we'll keep a chart at home, so we can keep track!! And then, we can make a list of rewards we can spend our points on!!!

[He sounded really into the idea and actually rather proud of himself for thinking of it.]

[At first he was worried that she didn't like the idea...but then he realized she was joking and he even got a hug out of the deal, how could he not smile? It was a pretty good joke after all.]

It'll be fun and it gets easier once you get into the habit of doing it, so that works in our favor too! We might have to add bonus challenges down the line to keep things interesting!

[He smiled and gave her a few head pats, there was just something incredibly endearing about Ibuki.]

Well...at least this is useful for all of us, so I wouldn't call it silly. Even the venue will help keep people in good spirits, so these were pretty good ideas if I'm being honest.

Ibuki was just thinking of making something weirder than the donut trees more than anything! But it's a useful thing, too? Whoops!

[There were so many things wrong with that statement that he couldn't even put it into words. Being able to make life happen without any real consequence...it was amazing, but slightly terrifying. Still, he was happy that everything turned out for the best here...it could have been a lot worse after all.]

Still, let's do our best to keep things up. It'd be bad if anything happened to the cows or the music venue, right?

B-bad things? Like what? Is somebody going to eat the venue or burn down the cows?!?!

Well...no, I hope not. More like...we have to make sure we keep the venue clean and upkept so it doesn't fall into disrepair. Same with the cows, keeping them feed and cleaned and such.

So, not only has Ibuki become a farmgirl, but a janitor, too!

Well, things like this usually take a little more forethought, but you're pretty good at handling things on the fly, so I'm not really worried.

[Between himself and Ibuki, they had the energy and stamina to handle both tasks in a fair amount of time. If anything, it gave him something to indulge his time into asides from exercise, so it was a welcome distraction. He smiled and went back to giving Ibuki headrubs, because how could he resist?]
