[Day 196 and 197] Seconds march into the past [OPEN
Who: Everyone!
Open: Open
When: Days 196 and 197
Where: Skyway
What: The last locations have arrived
Format: Any
Warnings: N/A
[Call it a strange sort of intuition, but when more locations were found out on the Skyway, Zayna couldn't help but feel like that was the end of it. Maybe not for good, but it just seemed sort of... final, the way things were arriving.
She didn't really speak this thought aloud to anyone but Zulf and her father, showing the new sketches to the residents of the Bastion once more without too much insight in to what was on her mind.]

No, it's the snakes. He knows those snakes. And if they're alive, he knows he has to go there to deal with them.
While dragging Rin along, of course, and possibly anyone else who can talk to demons. Because Bon can't talk to them, and talking will definitely have to happen.
When they reach the first building, the one that serves as an entrance of sorts for the area, Bon stops. He's walked these paths thousands of times, but for some reason he can't make himself move.]

She was just going to sleep extra hard that night.
So he follows along with a recently emptied pack and her swords at her sides, keeping quiet and watching Bon closely.
She was worried, and for good reason.
When he stops, she hesitates, reaching over to touch his shoulder gently.]

Instead, here it is, a part of the Skyway. He wonders what that means for Sora. He was supposed to have gone home, but knowing his Other, he could have gone off on some adventure again. Maybe he wasn't here when the Calamity hit.
He's a little anxious in case he finds some evidence against that, but he's also curious, and it shows. He's looking around like he just stepped into someplace sort of magical.]
Day 196: Sky Haven Temple
Re: Day 196: Sky Haven Temple
[But his kind aren't often meant for buildings, not ones built for much smaller folk, and that's why this odd little group is going in his stead. He'd given what advice he could, told them what he knew.]
["Sky Haven- home of the Blades. Their order protected emperors once. Slaid tyrants and monsters before that. Someone I once knew was helping to bring them all to strength once again."]
[Ideally, it should be clear of monsters, or so Paarthurnax had said. Survivors were more likely, although not by much. Considering the circumstances, who could say? Either way, he had encouraged four of his young students- and Rin did count even if she was not as quick to learn as Crona- to visit. Colin, as a friend to him and Rin both, ended up getting involved as well. He'd be close by, enough for them to simply yell his name, if they had need of him.]
[It's been a bit of a trek, but soon enough the earth of the Skyway starts to change. The rocks become different, hardier and half-carved, half reclaimed by nature. Pillars can be found, pieces of a mountain still clinging to them when they were torn away from their home. Settled on damp earth where ferns protrude are chunks of carved rock, strongly square and some of their inscriptions worn away by time. Nearby, there's a block of stone with squares that can be turned inside of it- a puzzle, cracked because of the Calamity. Fortunately, the bridge it was connected to is already down.]
[At the end of the path is what once was a large room, the face-like door broken from its place and laying to the side forlornly. The opening it once protected is dim and dark- no sound is coming from it.]
[ > Take a moment to rest? ]

[For a half demon who really should have had the energy to tackle this sort of things, Rin was certainly making a lot of noise about the way up to this place. Of course she was going to agree to go with the group Paar had asked - why wouldn't she? - but she hadn't expected so much going up all those rocks and broken parts.
She huffs a little, resting her hands on her knees, swords at her hips making a bit of noise as she moved.]
... also that face is creepy.
[Rin, please...]

Day 196: Izumo Village

"I would like to go, if you permit it. I cannot be for certain it is the same Izumo Village, but it would be foolish of me not to investigate. It might be the only piece of my time still in existence. If there is anything, plant, animal or otherwise that I can recover, I should. I won't go without your blessing, and I won't ask you to stay here. I would....welcome the company."
