[Crona doesn't look like a person who would draw Bon's ire. The pink-haired teen is still cowering, and the sight of a second stranger brings that stutter back, sound catching in Crona's throat, tripping over the first word in the statement.]

... well. Absolutely nothing. Because 'new guy' doesn't exactly detail why Bon was getting so angry, and Crona looks like they couldn't hurt a fly.

Hell they might have been more afraid of the fly.

Rin looks to Crona, then to Bon, tail giving a twitch behind her back and low to the ground.]

You sure nothing's wrong? You were bein' pretty loud.

[That irritation is sneaking back in. He doesn't want to explain why he got mad in the first place. Nobody would understand anyway.]

[Crona's gaze flicks between Rin and Bon, then finally settles on the girl.

Rin sputters a bit and shoves her tail behind her back, trying to stuff it up her shirt.]

[Bon is pretty surprised to hear that too, normal people shouldn't be able to see Rin's tail.

Then again, Chrona isn't normal. Chrona has black blood, whatever that means.]

How can you see that?

... should I not see her tail? It's right there. It's not hidden.

Y-yeah people here can see it, mashou or not...

[That was to Bon, since he deserved an explanation. Broken world, broken world physics. Rin was pretty shocked to hear it when some one mentioned her tail on her third or fourth day there. She damn near choked on her soup.]

Uhm. See... where Bon and I are from, most people can't see it. He explained that people are from different worlds here, right?

But it softens when she looks back at Crona, coming closer to the two of them.]

[Bon shoots Rin one of those 'whaaaaat?' looks. He's not to blame here he was being honest!]

It's still out there, we go and explore it sometimes, looking for survivors 'n stuff.

[Well if he's being honest, she doesn't see any reason not to be honest also.]

Just a handful of us right now. But people show up just like you did.

Yeah. I just showed up here five days ago, so people can come here at any time.

[The least he can do is try to make up for scaring Chrona right off the bat.]

[Looking nervously at Bon now. They can't really make promise, not when they can't know for sure if they can keep them. But at the same time Crona looks like one of those emotionally fragile types and they can't afford to have people breaking down.]

[Bon glances over at Rin and shrugs. What can they say? Promises aren't a good idea, they can't guarantee that, but breaking Crona is a bad idea too.]

If they're out there, we'll find them and bring them back. We can tell that other guy about 'em too so he can look for them.

[He's forgetting Maka's name at the moment.]

The professor has a big piece of metal in his head. Miss Marie has an eye patch. The little reaper has stripes on his hair. Black*Star is really loud.

... you mean Maka? Geez for some one with such a great memory you sure forget names easily enough.

[Wow rude Rin he was sleeping for a couple days there.]

[At the name, Crona's head snaps up, eyes wide, irises going from black to pale blue like liquid color draining out. Then they go black again, pools of ink.]

Maka's here? Where?

[... wow ok that was freaky, but more importantly--]

You know Maka? That's... fortunate...

[There's a weird feeling in her chest, like a nagging uncertainty as to whether or not this person can be trusted. She's hoping they can, because this is not a place for fights to break out amongst survivors.

Still, if trouble starts, they've got the makings of a decent fighting force so far...]

[She doesn't leave time for an argument, jogging off to the apartments to go knock on Maka's door.]

Maka... ? Uhm. We found some one on the skyway. They say they know you.

[A survivor? From his world?]

[Oh no, he's feeling optimistic.]

Well--geez, I feel like a jerk for not going out on the skyway, where are they?

[Rin has gained +1 party member.]

Don't feel bad, it was Bon who found them first. Uhm... sorry, I didn't get a name [mostly because she was busy interrupting Bon being a jerk B|] but they're kinda thin, pink hair, really skittish... ? Sound familiar?
