[It was just another day in the Bastion, helping make preparations for assisting the Ura that were in dire straits. But then, during lunch, Ibuki's cry of disbelief and amusement rang out loud and clear]

[Because she used the monument to create "magical jerky cows", and renovated one of the new buildings on the Bastion into a music venue.]

[... after her initial cry, Ibuki can be found in front of iBooty Shuffle, leaning against one of the chocolate jerky cows and...]

H-hang on, I'm not old, I'm just from like eight centuries or so of cultural change behind you! Where I'm from, music is creepy litanies on gigantic pipe organs or single lazy schmucks with mandolins, and highly elaborate traditional dances that are honestly kind of annoying to learn!

It's a whole different culture, you know? There's culture shock here!

[She's implying that she's feeling a distinct sense of dread for some reason as she is pulled, less resisting this time, into the iBooty Shuffle...]

[Ibuki releases Megaera's hand once they're a fair distance inside from the door]

Okay, okay, wait here, Meg-chan! Ibuki has to make some adjustments, and then she'll be ready! Don't run off, or Ibuki will be sad!

[and she goes backstage, fiddling with the controls]

[Megaera looks around as she waits for Ibuki, trying to figure this place out a little...

[Ibuki soon comes out on stage with her electric guitar at the ready]

Okay! Meg-chan!

Ibuki's going to ease you into her music with something gentle! Here it comes!

[And she launches into a song that's... kind of something one would hear at a Renaissance Fair? But it has traces of 'metal' in it. It's a good performance but really, music appreciation is all up to beholder]

[Megaera doesn't interrupt the performance, appreciating it quietly and letting Ibuki do her thing. She seems to be enjoying it, but she's definitely subtle about it.]

[And after the performance, she sweeps her fingers one last time as she bows with a flourish-]

Even if it wasn't Ibuki's usual, Ibuki feels totally rejuvenated from that song!

Yeah!

Meg-chan, Meg-chan, it was good for you, too, right? Right?

[Megaera nodded quietly.]
