[Colin's practically at the top of the tower. He's looking down at Nathan and Yukio curiously, Yukio looks like something's going on, but damn if he can hear anything other than catching his name being shouted with Nathan's.]

What's going on?!

[He can't help but shout, it's the only way he'll be heard from that high up.]

[Oh right, Colin won't be able to hear anything up there. Nathaniel pauses for a moment to wave him down, signaling that he should climb down here.]

Are you absolutely certain? I mean, this is the Skyway, people could have died in any number of ways.

[People could have died from any number of causes: starvation, dehydration, infected wounds, anything. Disease is definitely a possibility, but Nathaniel wants to make sure that's what has happened here. Because quarantining people who went into that building will not be easy, especially if Rin is one of them.]

[ Oh, shit. Kohaku's immediately worried about this, because plagues are generally terrible things and none of them need that sort of thing.

Plus, Rin and Zulf are there at the site. Rin is her friend, and she doesn't know Zulf very well but she wouldn't want anything bad to happen to him, either. ]

Should Rin and Zulf really stay over there if there's a chance of them getting sick?!

[Colin frowns, and he starts climbing down as quickly as he can. Which is a lot less easy than one would think. He's rather high up, to say nothing of the fact that he's tied off. Still, he starts to climb down quickly, taking care to tie security ties so he doesn't fall. Falling when climbing down would be the ultimate in humiliation...]

We've got a problem? What's going on??

None of them were injured, and they all died before anything like starvation could set in. [Some of the bodies were decomposed enough to make things uncertain details difficult to discern, but from what he saw of the rest...]

Going by the smell, it happened recently and it happened fast.

[He looks between Kohaku and Colin. Good on you, not falling, bud.]

The building we were exploring is full of bodies. Plague victims, by the look of it. Zulf-san and Neesan both seem to believe they're immune and stayed there to pick up supplies.

[Pissed off about that? Yes, he very obviously is.]

What?! Why would they do that? If it's sickness that killed those people, then don't they realize what a risk that is?

[Hello, impending quarantine. Speaking of which, he's talking to Yukio now.]

[Okay, now he's worrying a little less about safety, he's climbing down, and he looks furious.]

I don't give a damn if they're immune, they can still be carriers! And like hell are we taking any supplies back from a contaminated AO!
