[The urgency in Colin's tone was evident. He'd taken another bath to get the blood off him, but that scent was unmistakable.]

I need you, we need to hunt!




[Now that Colin had enlisted his air support, it was time to get a strike team. He had no snacks for bribery this time, just an eerie look of serenity on his face as he headed to the monument to track down some heavy hitters. He snagged his amplifier from his lab, so that when he speaks, he's not going to be hard to hear.]

HEY! I need our big guns out here, post-haste! We've got a mission, search and destroy time!

[Dare you approach?]

I told you at the festival, you've gotta cook your food first.

[But he nods at the second statement.]

I know. I just want us to be careful. We'll be going out with overwhelming force to avoid getting in too much trouble.

[He won't argue against it. If that's what puts Colin and the others at ease...]

When do you wish to set off?

A couple of hours.

I need to rally the troops, and get some information. Plus, everyone needs to get a little rest. Today's been hard on most of them, they need to get their footing again, however tenuous it may be, before we go out.

So if you have anything you need to do, now's the time to do it.

There is nothing that needs my attention. I shall be at the Skyway when you are prepared.

[A pause.]

Ensure there are still some to stay here. This place needs protection.

Yeah, I'm not planning to empty this place out.

There's far too much of a chance that this is a trap of some sort, we'll be leaving some strikers behind.
