For one, the technology you have here could be removed from the Bastion and moved to a secure location on the Skyway. We do not object to using shards to create useful tools, so long as it is not done in a wasteful manner.

Secondly, with the cores you possess, we could finally activate the Lazarus project.

War can be avoided, if our groups can reach an agreement. Right now, the only reason we quarrel is because of the cores.
