That's what I'd have to look into. I mean, "I wish he'd get struck by lightning" wasn't an uncommon request, and a few centuries ago I did give a man his own private raincloud, but no one ever asks for snowy vengeance.

I'll have to see what weather magic is in the few books I salvaged from the Magic Box.
