Day 255 [Open] First rule of Pillow Fight Club: Never talk about Pillow Fight Club

What: Ibuki's bored and is attacking everybody with pillows

[Sometime after lunch, Ibuki's voice will ring out from everybody's amulet that is within the Bastion's communication range-]

IBUKI IS DECLARING IT NOW. THIS. IS. PILLOW WAR!!!!!!!

[Ibuki will not be responding to amulet network messages that reply to her]

[Rather, she is running around with a bunch of pillows. Should she spot you, prepare yourelf, for she could do a number of things]

[1: Should you not notice her, she'll try to sneak up behind you and bop you on the back of the head with a pillow. If it looks like you're in the middle of important work, it'll be a very soft bop]

[2: If you're watching her, she'll run up to you and try to pillow bop your face]

[3: There is no 3]

[4: She may be hiding around a corner, and when you get close... "BWAH!" Pillow to the face!]

[5: Even dragons aren't safe from pillows.]

[6: If she knows you fairly well, especially if you're a member of her band, she might be coming into your bedroom directly to pillow fight you.]

... What about chocobo riding? Ibuki saw them earlier, maybe that's more like Zuko-chan's thing?

Ibuki doesn't know how to ride anything like that though...

I know how to ride, but what's a chocobo?

They're big, yellow, fluffy birds that people ride on! Sometimes!

Come on, come on, Ibuki will show you!

[Ibuki will take Zuko by the hand (or... try to?) to show her where the chocobos are]

You don't mean the ostrich horses...

[Those are big rideable birds but they aren't yellow.

Zuko lets Ibuki lead her there, fine with the hand-holding as long as it serves some purpose.]

Mmm... nope! Not those! The chocobos!

[Soon enough, they arrive at the chocobo stable-]

See? See? Chocobos!

I didn't know we had so many birds here.

It's a surprise, isn't it?

Birds, everywhere! There might be birds in the birds, too! Birdception!

[Birdception? You've lost her.]

[Sorry Zuko she's moving right along-]

Ooh, Zuko-chan, Zuko-chan, so you can ride, right? Maybe you can teach Ibuki how to ride! She's never ridden before! She's a city girl, after all!

But riding a chocobo seems like it could be fun! How about it? Will you teach Ibuki?

I could, but I don't know about these birds...

[She holds out a hand to one of them.]

They seem friendly enough, but are they trained to ride?

Ibuki's pretty sure they are! Very sure! Not 100% sure, but very!

They seem nice enough, right? Right? So cute, too!

...yeah.

[She's agreeing with the nice. Not the cute. Of course. Let her just scritch this one. You like that, bird? What's that? Is she smiling? Maybe.]

Don't they belong to someone?

[She probably shouldn't make a habit of stealing bird horse things.]

Do they, do they? Ibuki has no clue, she just saw them here!

But we can always leave them an I O U in case we don't come back in time to return them, right? Right? We're not going to ride off into the sunset with them and never return, that would be mean!

But... I guess you're right. We're not going far.

So, please teach Ibuki, Zuko-chan-sensei! Ibuki wants to learn how to ride a chocobo!

[Well, this is not the first time she's been called sensei. She's guessing Ibuki is Japanese.

Zuko starts to guide one of the chocobos out of the stable.]

First, calm down a little. You don't want to startle them or get them overexcited.

Huh? Huh? Calm down?

Ibuki? Calm down?

Oooh, that's hard! Tough! But okay, Ibuki will calm down!

It also helps if they like you. The ostrich horses like to be scratched right... here.

[Seems like chocobos do, too, as the bird gives an appreciative warble and leans into it.

Zuko draws back. Come on, Ibuki, make friends.]

Oooh, cute, cute! Okay, Ibuki will try her best!

[Ibuki approaches the chocobo, trying not to vibrate with the seemingly limitless energy she appears to always be full of]

Who's a cute chocobo-chan? Who's a cute choco-chan?

[And she scratches it right where Zuko show's her. Her hand/finger dexterity is ridiculous considering her position as SHSL K-on, so it's possibly one of the best scratchings ever]

[Yes, this is a very nice scratching, don't mind the chocobo nuzzling into you Ibuki.]

..I wonder if they've been getting enough attention lately.

But we're here now, Zuko-chan! We can give them all the attentions, right? Right!

That's right, Choco-chan! So much attention, you won't know what to do with yourself!

You still want to learn how to ride?

[She's not going to judge if Ibuki wants to keep showering the bird with affection, but, well. Yeah.]

Ooh, that's right, that's right! Ibuki got caught up in the moment, but Ibuki would like to learn how to fly! ... she means ride! Riding a chocobo!

Hopefully she won't fall off the chocobo and get another case of amnesia! Once was enough! So terrible!

You.. got amnesia from falling off of something?

[Maybe she should take this a little more carefully.]

No, no, not that! Not from that! It was from something else, but Ibuki doesn't want more amnesia!

Ibuki still has some amnesia right now, but let's not talk about that, let's play with the chocobos!
