Day 255 | OPEN
Who: Yukio and anyone!
Open: Open
When: Day 255
Where: All over the Bastion
What: As the resident sorta-doctor-thing, Yukio's taking it upon himself to gather some important medical information from his fellow residents.
Format: Your choice! I'll follow~
Warnings: None.
[The lack of a thorough medical records on the Bastion is a tad frustrating. Yukio has bulging files on certain residents, those who need his care (or at least his consideration) more often, but the majority of the population is at least a partial mystery to him. People who don't need medical care often, or who simply refuse to seek it when they do. Heck, some people arrive without others ever knowing, lurking at the edges of things until necessity forces them to interact, and with the amount if time Yukio spends holed up in the hospital with his "homework"? There are sure to be people living right under his nose that he's not even aware of.
And that's just not acceptable. Especially after the incident with Ippo at the hospital. Even people who don't go out onto the Skyway can be injured at any time, and having some basic medical history could end up being the difference between life and death.
So, without any kind of dependable communication system, Yukio's opted to just hoof it around the Bastion for much of the day. Some people might encounter him in the Distillery, others might find him lingering around the apartments or knocking on doors. A few might even be approached in the lesser traveled fields or out of the way clearings. A very tidy-looking young man with a polite smile on his face, a clipboard in one hand, and a small otter-like Pokemon trailing at his heels, he's the epitome of professionalism (okay, except for Pokemon friend, but whatever).]

Hi! Hello!
Ibuki Mioda, at your service, personthatIbukihasn'tmetyet-chan!

Hello, Mioda-san. [He tips his head briefly in her direction.] My name is Yukio Okumura. I'm the resident physician here, and I'd like to ask you few questions about your medical history. If you don't mind, of course.
no subject
Ah! You're the doctor! Ibuki was looking for one before, but she wasn't sure where to find you! But they're okay now, don't worry, don't worry!
Oooh... a test on Ibuki's medical history? Ibuki's not good at exams, but she'll do her best!

Questions?

It's come to my attention that don't really have proper medical files on most of the people here. I was hoping to get a few basics from everyone so that I can be better prepared for sudden... incidents.
[Like that thing with Ippo. That could've been bad.]

My name is Yukio Okumura, and I'm the resident physician here. The nature of this place makes it a little difficult to keep track of the population, so I was hoping to get out, meet some of the newer arrivals, and get some basic medical information for use in any possible future emergencies.
With your permission, of course.

I'm trying to put together some proper medical files. When there are sudden injuries, dealing with them is much easier if I know a few basic things about everyone, so I have a short list of questions for you. If you don't mind.

... So mean to the polite boy, Anya. Remember, you're talking to the kid who literally turned his back on you while you were naked on the Skyway. Because modesty. :| He blinks once or twice before regaining his composure. Can't stop that awkward look, though.]
Ah... no. I mean- I was hoping to ask you some questions about your medical history.

I'm trying to build basic medical files for all Bastion residents. Something that I can refer to in case of sudden emergencies to be sure everyone gets the correct care. Unfortunately, most people here didn't arrive with their full medical histories in tow, so I just have a few questions I'm asking everyone.
If you don't mind, that is.

I'm trying to build basic medical files for residents in case of emergencies. [Whether Colin's looking or not, he's waggling his clipboard a little. That's a lot of paper covered in that neat handwriting of his.]
And you definitely count as a resident. Would you mind answering a few questions for me?

I'm actually trying to out together some medical records for the general population just in case of emergencies, so I have some basic questions that I'm asking everyone. If there's anything that makes you uncomfortable you don't have to share, but the more information we have the easier things will be for everyone.

so idk if Yukio might have seen her around, it's up to you. She's been doing stuff, I swear.AHEM - anyway, it was high time she got out and started meeting her fellow survivors. It was only due to the hospitality of the locals that the Psiioniic was recovering as well as he was, and Aradia felt she owed them a debt of gratitude. She didn't doubt that every person they allowed into their midst was a drain on their resources - the food had to come from somewhere, after all. So establishing good relations with their hosts was essential, especially as such obvious outsiders.
The Monument was as good a place to begin as any, so Yukio would probably meet her on the way there, around mid-afternoon. So... yeah! Hope he's not too put off by a tall-ish grey lady with horns half again the size of her head.]
Oh, not at all! Go right ahead.
no subject
If the gray skin or large horns throw him off, he doesn't show it. Then again, there is a dragon living out in the fields, so compared to that Aradia seems downright normal.]
