What: Not everyone is going to go search for the Core. Some people have to stay behind and tend to the daily things in the Bastion, after all.

[Regardless of the Bastion's current state, there are still things that need to be done from day to day. Some one has to attend to those things, and not everyone can just up and leave. Some people might not even want to leave, and there are even a select few that just can't.

So for those of you staying behind, make sure you're not strangers to your fellow survivors!]

[ She was still coming off of the Leer attack, so her dodging wasn't going to work as effectively this time. Zorua didn't dodge in time, and was assaulted a little by Swablu's peck attack. She was up within another moment, though, ready to charge at Swablu with scratch again. ]

[Oops. Hopefully that didn't hurt too much. N was watching closely to make sure of just that, but he didn't see any reason to stop the match just yet.

Swablu was in much the same position, though - just coming out of an attack that made it more difficult to dodge. Swablu just narrowly avoided the swipe, but a cottony wing was caught in it causing him to nearly spiral out of control.]

[ Zorua saw Swablu stumble and had to stop for a moment. ]

Are you okay?!

[ ... she's really bad at this battling thing. ]

[Swablu wobbled a bit in the air, eventually dropping down to the ground to sit and rest.]

I'm okay! That was a good shot, Zoura!

It was. We probably should be more careful in practice battles, though.

[ Zorua trotted over to Swablu and started trying to clean him. ]

I dun wanna hurt Swablu ...

Zoura...

[N knelt down and put a hand on Swablu's head, checking for injuries.]

A potion and he should be fine.

[ She returned to cleaning him. ]

That was a good start for both of you. Hilda can probably help you get better with practice.

Okay!! I hope Mama comes home soon ...

[ Yaaaay pets from Papa! Zorua leans into the petting and calms down a bit from the battle. ]

[Swablu joins in the cuddle pile with his fluffy wings, and soon enough both of them are dozing off under the tree.]
