Day 68 :: action [OPEN]
Who: Marie and anyone else
Open: Open
When: Day 68
Where: Throughout the Bastion
What: Marie finally does something about the strange wallet she found.
Format: Action
Warnings: Probably nothing.
[ Marie had put the wallet and papers associated with it off to the side when they'd gotten home, distracted for the next few days. She only just remembers it today, and realizes that it might be a little bit helpful. It was probably nothing, just some artifacts of a broken world, but she's got nothing better to be doing right now.
So for now, she's taking it along and chasing people down. There's some foreign money and other things, ID and forms that she can't read. Maybe someone else could? It's not important beyond satisfying her curiosity, so she won't interrupt anyone that's too busy. Those that aren't, she'll approach. ]
Hey, could I borrow you for a second?

[ She's obviously steeling herself to talk about this. She's a death scythe, and she tells herself that she can handle it. Denial wasn't the best mechanism at a time like this. ]
I can't imagine they're anything else. When I first arrived, I saw my meister.
[ Whoops, she sounds a little ragged towards the end of that, but she pulls it back together quickly. ]
It was a cataclysm, Osahar. Why would anyone construct a statue of him?

Especially with magic. Always with magic.
Still, one thing does catch his attention. Marie's normally fairly in control, so the momentary pain in her voice draws his attention. So, gently, Osahar asks the obvious question.] Your 'meister'?
