Day 123 (Backlogged) :: Action; [OPEN] :: 1st Mantra
Who: Gale + Anyone
Open: Open
When: Day 123 (Back Dated)
Where: The Bastion
What: He's new!
Format: Action
Warnings: n/a
[When Gale wakes up, he finds himself looking up at the rain. He hasn't seen rain since The Junkyard was converted back into Data and they had been absorbed into Nirvana. The familiarity of it was striking; even if he truly hadn't existed in The Junkyard for longer than the programme had existed, it felt like home. It smelled like home--]
[Somehow, it wasn't. It only takes Gale a moment to pull himself up onto his feet, crouched and looking around himself. The last thing he remembers; Jenna stabbing a hole through his chest and doing the same to her, a bright light, a final battle. Nothing afterward. He was meant to be reincarnated, in the next life, once again-- and yet, he knew this couldn't be it. He was himself-- Gale, David, whoever. He was not meant to be from the beginning, and still-- here he was once more. The very same as he had always known himself to be. The same frame, the same clothes... and the same virus running through his veins. He could feel it, and the mark on his leg pulsed at the thought. Vayu was still within him.]
[No one else seemed to be around, however. It seemed bleak... Just like The Junkyard had been, but with no sign of his comrades and the very slight offness around him, he knew it couldn't be. There was no way for him to be inside the programme again. It had been destroyed in their fight with Harihara, when he'd pulled Jenna to safety along with the rest of them into the light.]
This, I do not comprehend.
[Sensing nothing vile or dangerous around him, Gale slowly pulled himself to stand, touching the bridge of his nose and giving another look around. Nothing, except a light off in the distance that couldn't be anything from his own world. Nirvana was too bright, and The Junkyard wasn't bright enough. Still, he headed toward it. Soon enough, he'd reached The Bastion, and while it's civilization he's still on guard. The unknown wasn't the enemy-- people were.]

Chime let her know there was someone else - someone the dragon hadn't seen before, by the curious tone to the clinking noises - and so she stops and turns.
.... Okay guy you look weird. The chubby redhead heads a little closer to hail him. ]
Need any help?
no subject
Affirmative. I require information about this area.
no subject
[ She pauses, and gives a thin, wry smile. ]
My world, your world, the worlds of everyone else who ended up here.
[ Nice job, Tris. Give him some of the worst information right off the bat. ]

This is what has become of Nirvana, and The Junkyard? It has not been reborn?
Interesting.
[Deciding this woman is no immediate threat, Gale once again glances around The Bastion. It is strange to him, nothing he's ever seen. Someone from a world of glass and metal can't acclimatize so quickly.]
What do you know of Tribe Embryon?
no subject
[ They just.. have a bit of trouble from time to time. ]
... Its a tribe.
[ Her tone is a little sharp, and then she moves the basket she was holding to one hip, sighing. Don't get all prickly at the new person, it isn't a good idea. ]
Nothing other than its name, which you just told me.

[The sun had exploded. God had Gone Mad. Gale simply nods.]
Then my comrades are not here.
[Irritates, he touches the bridge of his nose.]
Is that all of the information you have retained?
no subject
Retained?
[ Tris raises an eyebrow. ]
I could tell you a great deal of things I've 'retained', despite being landed here, but I don't think they'll be much help. Unless you need to know how far this land goes below us before they're is empty air, or when the clouds will be back so it looks like night.

[He'll take the sass and raise you one 'no fucks given.']

[ Now she's frowning. Weather witch, static weather is a personal insult. ]
Usually there is weather systems - breaks in the rain, where you get to see the sun, or the sun gets covered by clouds, whether it rains or not. Sometimes you get snow, hail - depends on where you are.
[ Tris could go on - but this is her magic. She probably shouldn't go on and on. ]
This one fits your second - perpetual sun. Only I pull some clouds in so we can get some variation.

[He looks thoughtful, before looking up at the sky and-- aaah, he's never seen direct sunlight before, and has to shield his eyes.]
This is... normal light?
no subject
Its less of cover the sun, and pull a cover between the sun and us.
[ She could also make it rain, if he got homesick- ]
Yes. Its not recommended to try to stare at it, because that will make you go blind.
