Day 346- Day 352: OPEN
Who: Everyone in the Bastion
Open: Open
When: 346-352
Where: The Bastion in general
What: This is the calm before the storm. Any last conversations with NPCs? Any last things to take care of? Do them here.
Format: action
Warnings: none so far
When you make a thread in this post, please put the names of the NPCs you want to respond in the header of the first comment.
As a note, this is also your last chance to make any changes that will affect how endgame begins. All things that help or hurt the Bastion residents will be tallied up on September 18th, and the final post will go up shortly after that. So if you want to catch the thief, form any alliances with other NPC groups, or anything else, now is the time to do it.

I have a little something for you and Hilda.

Hearing Meg, he looks up and walks over, Cottonee floating behind him.]
You do?

[And Megaera passes N two pairs of two items. Unfurled, he finds two simple cloaks and two simple backpacks.]
A good bit of my old homeworld's magic permeates both of those; the cloak will keep you warm, dry, fed, watered or tea'd, and can even pop into a tent. The bag simply holds more on the inside than out, and absorbs the weight of what's within.
Don't put anything that's uncovered and sharp or that needs air in the bag, though.

Any particular reason for this? Other than 'worse case situation'?

[Word does get around quick here, doesn't it?]
Thank you for that...

I want to do what I can, and for now, this is one of the best things I can think of.

It's very practical, I'll give you that.

Yeah, you and Hilda seem to be very much the practical sorts.

[He's not really including himself in the "trainers" part of that, but his life after leaving the castle did have similar elements.]
