[It is not unusual to see Zahi returning to the Bastion from the Skyway. He's not as spry as some of the other residents, but he's still strong, and he's determined to do his part to gather supplies they might need here.

Today, though, he returns not long after leaving, and he looks very confused. He will be approaching anyone nearby to ask them something.]

So, uh.

Did anybody see that phone booth out there?

[Ippo stopped at the question and tilted his head to the side a little.]

The phone booth is back? Is it ringing again?

Actually, yeah. There was some kid callin' for some guy.

Did that happen before?

Oh, you mean Zero! He called before, but I never found out who he was calling for. He and his group aren't in any trouble, are they?

[The fact that he was still calling that phone booth was a little worrying if Ippo was being honest.]

I didn't hear anything about any trouble, no. He said something about making buildings, but that's it.

I'm thinkin' the guy he's looking for is somewhere else, where the phone booth usually is. So there's gotta be groups out there tryin' to survive.

Well...that's what I got from the last time he called. Apparently where Zero is has big pine trees and snow sometimes, does that sound like anywhere familiar to you?

[Ippo knew Zahi was from around here, so it couldn't hurt to ask the man if he had any ideas.]

Not anywhere I saw no. And Zayna and I walked pretty far to get here, so this Zero guy must be from even farther away than that.

[windgod]

Jeez...

[Ippo pondered that information, thinking about how best they could do anything for their mysterious compatriots in this mess.]

Still, it might be a good idea to start traveling out a little farther than we have. At worst at least we can keep up charting the area and maybe if we're lucky, we'll find more survivors!

That's true, and we'll probably have to travel further to find cores too. I know Nathaniel's been talkin' about that, he thinks he knows of a place where a core might be, but he's still looking into it.

[windgod]

Really? Did he mention where?

[Now that was some good news! He could feel what was left of his tension start to leave his shoulders; it might have been replaced by a nervousness about having to travel so far outside the Bastion, but he was sure that everyone here was more than up to the challenge.]
