A mountain would be nice. You could probably get the Monument to make room, but the real challenge would be the shards; the cost would run into the millions from the area alone. At least. Assuming you wanted an actual mountain and not just a narrow spire to perch on, which would probably be better for everyone unless you never wanted visitors.
