[Maybe it was due to the stress of dealing with the whole cure thing and the having to go find Ura and get back to the Bastion. Maybe he was just tired of thinking of how much he missed Rachel and the others. Or maybe he was just done with the weird animals here.]

[Whatever the reason, Tobias did something he didn't normally do - he morphed dolphin, splashing around in the lake in Dragonfield and nosing at rocks and basically making a bunch of noise. It is entirely possible for him to be seen flailing around, or occasionally in hawk morph resting. Is he going to use all of his morphs today on dolphin time? Yes. Yes he is.]

<Well, we haven't been taken over or killed so I'd say that's a success. And we've managed to stall the Yeerks somewhat.>

Stalling's not bad. How many of you are there? It doesn't sound like a situation that'd be easy to convince people of.

<Six. We're all... teenagers or the equivalent. And trying to convince people would either get us laughed at or just be begging for a nearby Yeerk to turn in the information. Or both.>

Six. [Rob's jaw nearly drops.] Six teenagers against an alien army. And you've managed to stall them.

[He turns his crouching into sitting with a soft thump and looks at Tobias with a tiny bit of awe on his face.]

Kid, I'm not sure if a squad of Navy SEALS could've done as good in your situation.

[There's a moment of silence, then Rob snorts, then he's laughing. It takes a bit before he can say anything.]

The mental image of a bunch of seels fighting aliens...

[Tobias's clarification only makes Rob's laughter intensify, and he's now lying on his back and holding his stomach. Whether anyone else would understand the mental images he's seeing or would find them funny is a mystery for the ages, but he's obviously amused by them.]

I even checked the spelling first and then proceeded to botch it. Oh well. :P

<We wandered for a while in the snow and human and hawks are seriously not meant for that sort of thing. We ended up with polar bear morphs eventually.>

Polar bears sound like a better morph for combat than baby seals.

<Yeah, they are. I usually fight as a hawk. It's Rachel who usually fights as a bear. A grizzly bear, specifically.>

<Yeah. Tiger, gorilla, wolf, bear, hawk, and Andalite. ... Ax doesn't need to morph to be deadly, his natural form is deadly enough.>
