[It's been a few days since the last set of places was spied on the Skyway, and the Bastion has gone back to relative quiet again. But Zayna and Zulf haven't given up their mapping endeavor, and today they return with news of three more locations.

What was going to be found out there? Good things, or more heart break?]

My eyes immediately wander to the gym for Colin, given his friendship with Ippo. But if anyone else wants to grab hold of the tech guy, he's game for going anywhere he can get salvage!

Baroque Castle

So I'm probably just going to send Frederic in to this whole shebang cause well that castle is from his world. Sort of. More Polka, Jazz and Viola's world but it's still the place he remembers there with the most fondness. So all the broken and sad will be... sad. Yes.

Since Jen is on hiatus, Leia is at Sakuracon and I'm not sure what Tsumi is doing I will probably need some one other than the ES cast to help out here. /lies on side

Baroque Castle

[Enough time had passed that Frederic had begun to think maybe there weren't going to be any more of those random pieces of other people's worlds showing up. There was almost a relief in that thought, though. What if it had been some part of his world, he wondered to himself. What if it had been a piece of Pairs - or worse, a part of Poland, his childhood home and where his heart still resided?

Those thoughts chilled him to the bone. He didn't want to see those places, devoid of life with all those people left as statues.

And for a time he thought perhaps he was going to be free of such a thing. The idea that it could have been the world he actually came from never once crossed his mind...

Until Zayna brought him the newest drawings. And the spires and intricate metalwork of Baroque Castle, even rendered in its simplest form on paper struck a deep, pained cord in him.

He didn't speak to his friends. They had been in that world their entire lives, unlike him, and he thought to save them from the pain of seeing such a place in that state. He simply took the map and the drawing from the Ura woman and went to pack a bag to take with him.

He hadn't left just yet, though, standing at the exit to the Skyway with a dour expression on his face.]

[Raile knew that look. He didn't quite know the man behind it, but that serious expression had crossed his own face more than once while standing in front of the exit to the Skyway. Obviously the man had some sort of reason for going out there this time around, so he might as well offer what help he could; it'd be a nice way to test out his eye now that it seemed to be working properly again at the very least.]

Ah...

[Frederic hadn't expected to be approached, but he would be lying if he said he wasn't grateful for the interruption before leaving on his own.]

Alright, where we headin'?

[Raile said, rolling his shoulders a little. It had been a while since he'd been out on the Skyway proper and he was itching to get out and about in the open air. A Cael was never well set to being cooped up, that much was for sure no matter who you were asking.]

[Frederic tugged the drawn map out from the pack, his movements making the odd but intricate looking baton hanging from a belt on his heavy jacket wiggle slightly. Strange weapon, the tip clearly bladed, but it was so thin and fragile looking... how could one even attempt to use that in battle?]

[He pointed a finger at the circled spot.]

I believe this is a section of a place known as Baroque Castle.

The Bastion - Entrance to the Skyway

[Ippo didn't believe it when Zulf and Zayna had brought back their most recently laid maps, in fact he didn't believe it now as he was staring right at the well made drawings; however, no amount of belief would make the truth any less true, and this was about as true as things got. He was looking right at a dead to rights drawing of the Kamogawa Boxing Gym. It didn't take the young man very long to get himself ready and he was already on his way out to the Skyway by the time the sun had reached its peak in the sky.

If anyone had any inclination to join Ippo on this little journey, now would be the time to catch him before he took off. Honestly, he could probably use the company with everything that had happened recently.]

You know, it's getting to the point where I'll have to tell Zulf and Zayna that they're gonna have to find a better way to tell us what they've found.

You people keep running off on your own, and I'm gonna have to set up a stun turret.

[That sure is Colin coming up behind you, Ippo.]

Hey, hey, hey!

[Aoi's a little farther behind when Colin catches up, but it doesn't take her long to run up beside Ippo. All she's brought with her is her little pouch from the festival, but it's got all her supplies in it—yaaaay, bags of holding.]

And what do you think you're doing, trying to run off on your own? [Grinning, she gently elbows Ippo's side.] Want an extra couple of hands out there?

[Ippo hadn't even thought about waiting around, he'd been so caught up in just seeing his old gym again it hadn't even occurred to him. Thankfully though, he had good friends who could think where his impulsiveness got the better of him, and he was left to sheepishly rub the back of his head.]

Oh...sorry guys, I wasn't even thinking that far ahead. I just...I just saw my old gym on those maps and I was just ready to run off. If you both aren't busy, I'd be happy to go with you!

[Colin smirks and steps up beside Ippo. Without warning, he reaches up and gives Ippo a light thwap upside the head. Nothing hard, nor angry. Just a little bit of a reminder that some things had to be kept in check.]

Keep your wits about you, and you won't need us. Till then, I'm happy to come along.

So, you think it's your old gym? Well, I think we can probably grab some good stuff from there.

Yumanmju Hotsprings

[It's not that Saix has any particular interest in what looked like a hotspring, especially considering they have one of their own in the Bastion already. Still, not finding Axel in the remnants of Twilight Town has left him... bothered? Aggravated? Either way, a chance to work out some of his energy and do work is always welcome. So he decides to take the opportunity and lets anyone who know he won't mind any company.]

[Admittedly, he wasn't expecting one of his traveling companions...]

I wasn't expecting to see you decide to go along on one of these, Anya.

Just because I have this squishy human body doesn't mean I have to be stuck at the Bastion all the time.

[Plus she might be feeling antsy and annoyed that none of these new places showing up sound like home or even places with money.]

It'll be like a vacation, right? With monsters.

[And he guesses that's one way of looking at it? Not being in the Organization has been Saix's vacation, although Vatheon was more fitting than here.]

[The Lesser Nobody doesn't react to this 'compliment'. If it wasn't reliable, then it wouldn't be fitting to work for the master, so really it's nothing.]

[With Axel gone, the "how do people" responsibility falls onto Anya's shoulders apparently.]

[The Berserker itself just glances back although, as usual, its thoughts are hard to discern.]
