Tobias patrols the Skyway when he can. It's easy enough to avoid Peckers, and anything else usually can't hit him. But spotting Erek makes him concerned, when he sees the hologram flicker. He screeches and divebombs the Gasfella, trying to lure it away from his friend. He'll be okay - probably - and Erek needs an opening to run.
