[There is several months worth of dust all around the area, including on the cinderblock. Whoever put that there, they did it a long time ago.
However, there are footprints within the dust, which are starting to gather dust again. Someone has been through here at some point between when the initial action in here happened and now, but it was at least a couple weeks ago, if not more.
Interestingly, all the keys missing are from a specific cell block, as well as a few cells around there. Also, the jail master keys are among those missing.]
