Aradia squeezed her eyes shut against his scream, only peeking again when the terrible noise had begun to die down. She'd known it was going to hurt him, but that didn't make it any easier to hear. Especially to hear it in that voice.

Part of her wanted to stop, was begging her to stop, to let him rest, just for a moment. But the rest of her knew better. Short of exacerbating his injuries, the sooner they finished this, the better.
