"That's a very good question, I've often pondered such things," he Colin replies, sounding amused. "I can't imagine a state of being where you're one of only a handful of such beings in all of existence. It would be amazingly boring. That said... They're gods. The 'Create life and shape planets it with a wink of an eye' sort. I've met several. Was even raised by one. Nice people, if a bit full of themselves."

He gestures up to his eye as he continues. "And it wasn't an easy adjustment, gave me headaches like you wouldn't believe when I first got it. But after a few doctor's appointments and about a year of training, I can't ever imagine going back to just one mode of vision," he explains, seeming to be completely without worry about such casual explanations of things.
