That brings up a good point, actually. There are people who can't or prefer not to go on the Skyway, but that doesn't mean they don't deserve shards to use how they want.

It seems pretty stupid for any of us to commit crimes against each other in a situation like this, but... you're right. The more of us there are, the more likely we're going to see some problems. There should be consequences for certain offenses, and people should know what they are.
